KYLE CRIST
Since 2007, Kyle has been involved in all aspects of the construction industry. Spending the early part of his career in the public sector performing heavy civil, water & wastewater construction projects in the Southeast U.S. He transitioned to the utility industry in 2013 working for Kentucky’s largest utility provider, spearheading their capital improvements in Central Kentucky. After 8 years upgrading much of Central Kentucky’s electric grid, the passion for building came back and he joined a local commercial/industrial firm running their construction operations. Now Kyle focuses on the day-to-day operations of Magna, while building client relationships and promoting the company’s brand and image. Kyle’s vast experience in the public and private sector of construction allow him to deeply understand client needs with concern to their schedules, budgets and operational needs. He is at his best working on complex projects and his biggest enjoyment is seeing clients’ business excel after the completion of construction.
Kyle’s passions are his family, spending time with his wife, Brittany and their son and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys watching all three of his children play baseball, football and his daughters horseback riding. He has a passion for woodworking, which he shares a local custom furniture shop with his father.
JARRED McGUIRE
Jarred began his construction career as a self-developer in Eastern Kentucky. After being routinely disappointed with performance and responsiveness of contractors, he began performing many of the trades himself. Jarred has built and remodeled his own restaurant, several historical homes in EKY and Lexington and developed multi-family units. He is an excellent carpenter and woodworker, whose attention to detail and time-period design is second to none. With his hands-on experience in food/hospitality, customers love Jarred’s knack for design, constructability and progressive thinking that provide clients with real-life input help to their projects and operational dreams come true.
Jarred has a passion for creativity which comes to life through not just construction, but in breweries, coffee roasteries and of course his family. His wife, Jenna and their two daughters have played interictal roles in redeveloping social scenes in Eastern Kentucky. In what little free time he has, Jarred can be found with his wife and daughters who are all hands on deck tackling their next renovation project.
